Complete remodel of a 4-story townhome in Douglas to create a warm, modern, and art-filled respite for a couple who are truly world travelers!

 

Poolside Modern Renovation + Addition

A cozy cottage evolves into a modern and entertainment-centric retreat for an Illinois family. A new office, large laundry, spa bath, great room, and a gorgeous pool and spa were added to this home on a very specular lot in the heart of Saugatuck. 

 
 

Layered Luxury Renovation + Addition

A private retreat for a Chicago couple who wanted to take their home of 20 years to a new level. A new primary bedroom and bath, office, a 450 sq. ft ultra-glamorous closet, an updated laundry/mudroom, and beautiful refresh throughout. Extraordinary new wallcoverings and draperies. 

 

Stoneybrook Lakeside

Lakefront home in Douglas with expansive porches and forever views. Seven bedrooms and seven baths combine with two large family room spaces and an indoor lounge and spa. A lovely guest house in the back is a great overflow space for guests.

 

NorthStar Garage

A personal project for Beth and John in Saugatuck. A condo garage for work, play, and storage of some fun toys. This industrial space becomes warm and vibrant with fun materials, art, and color. 

 

Lakeshore Lanes

On the shore of Lake Michigan, this home in Fennville features a 24ft atrium with intimate spaces created for dining, lounging, and entertaining. The lower level is an entertaining dream with a two-lane bowling alley and a virtual golf station.
